release 1.43.0 prep: version bump + whats-new refresh - #3043

Summary

Release prep for 1.43.0 — bumps .deploy/mta.yaml 1.42.0 → 1.43.0 and refreshes hugo/data/whats_new.json (+56 developer-facing entries) for the PRs merged to DEV since 1.42.0.

This merges into DEV first; the DEV→main promotion PR follows.

⚠️ Deploy note

cds.fiori.draft_admin_integrity is OFF in this release (both [production] and [development] profiles) — it was reverted after the 1.42.0 incident. No pre-deploy HANA cascade-constraint step is required for 1.43.0, unlike 1.42.0.

• hugo/data/whats_new.json renders the new entries on /whats-new/ (56 added; 4 internal meta-release commits pruned)
